Harry S. George has been in the asphalt & maintenance business since childhood. Beginning as a laborer with a local San Diego company back in 1977, he worked his way up to becoming a crew chief then superintendent. Harry started “Allied Grading & Paving” in 1985 where he estimated and worked with his crews in the field (and still does) on a daily basis. Experienced in many aspects of pavement rehabilitation from lime/cement soil treatment, cold in place recycling, fabric overlays and total remove and replacement, proven projects can be visited from Phoenix into Las Vegas, San Francisco, Bakersfield to San Diego. Allied has scaled down into a main focus of maintenance & repair of asphalt, seal coating & striping as well as concrete. The current conditions of the parking lots "Allied" has maintained for the past years can confirm the fact that "quality of a finished product" began with the estimate or proposal; sound, objective pavement management is the most cost effective method for out clients" says Mr. George who often sits on panel with the State of California Contractors License Board as a subject matter expert
